The charging pile is a high-power AC-DC conversion power supply, which is used for fast charging of new energy electric vehicles.
At present, the charging pile of non-800V system adopts three-phase Vienna rectifier +LLC circuit, in which PFC rectifier can use diode,PFC boost can use 650V IGBT or SJ MOSFET, LLC uses 650V SJ MOSFET. For 800V systems, it can also be achieved by shunt the above two channels, but its loss is large, and SiC diodes and SiC MOS are usually used to significantly improve efficiency.
OBC car charger
OBC is a high-power AC-DC conversion power supply used to charge new energy electric vehicles.
Among them, staggered Boost and bridge-less totem pole schemes can be adopted for PFC rectification, IGBT or SJ MOSFET/SiC MOS DC-DC topology schemes can be adopted for LLC/ZVS/CLLC. The DC-DC can adopt IGBT or SJ MOSFET/SiC MOS.
